The Buyer and Purchaser agree to the following:
The buyer will provide the purchaser with a non-refundable deposit of requested by the seller. No kitten/cat will be held without a deposit
The balance owed on a kitten/cat must be paid the date the seller request it. Seller has to give purchaser the actual date of balance due before receiving the deposit. The buyer must pay full payment including the shipping before the kitten/cat will leave the seller’s care.
The kitten/cat will be a strictly indoor cat.
The kitten /cat will be sold as a pet only, or a fine of $500 for every kitten born.
5. The purchaser will pay all travel and shipping expenses.
Seller extends the following limited warranties to the original purchaser or designated owner named on this document: (These warranties are not transferable).
Limited 72 hours & eight-months extended pet warranty
The seller warrants the kitten/cat to be in good health at the time of purchase for a period of 72 hours. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to have the kitten/cat examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours. Within that 72 hour period, if found to be seriously medically deficient, the seller will take the kitten/cat back and replace the kitten/cat, no cash refunds. Under the following conditions: the seller is provided with proper documentation, from a licensed veterinarian, stating the medical issue and that the kitten/cat is seriously medically deficient; a second examination by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice corroborates these claims. This kitten/cat is not guaranteed against respiratory disease, fleas, ring worms or any nuisance disease. After the 72 hour period under no circumstances the seller will be not responsible for Feline Leukemia, feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), Feline panleukopenia, Feline rabies after 72 hours of sale; These diseases are highly contagious and can be contacted immediately after leaving the breeder.
The seller warrants your kitten/cat for eight (8) months from the date of birth against congenital disorders that would interfere with your kitten/cat’s ability to lead a normal life as a companion pet. If this happens the seller will replace the kitten/cat with a kitten/cat at the seller’s earliest convenience after the purehaser return the kitten/cat, no cash refunds. The purchaser will pay all travel and shipping expenses. This replacement will only happen if seller receives copies of any and all findings, test results, and exams from purchaser’s vet and both agree on the issue. If the kitten/cat passes away the purchaser have to provides the seller with a necropsy by a license impartial veterinary pathologist, at the purchaser’s expense, stating that the cause of death is unquestionably a genetic or congenital defect; a second examination by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice must corroborates these claims.
Limitation of Warranty
A diagnosis of coccidiosis or giarrdia, parasites such as these do not refer a kitten/cat unhealthy. This warranty does not include non-life treating or temporary disorders such as uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, injuries, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks or ear mires, intestinal worms and parasites, scabies, eye entropian, cherry eye and allergies.
The seller assumes no liability or responsibility for any veterinary care for the kitten/cat after the purchaser takes possession of said kitten/cat. Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the purchaser.
Buyer agrees to ensure your kitten/cat’s health by providing good food, housing and good medical care to keep health warranty in effect.
Breach of Contract
In the event the purchaser is found to have violated any of the terms and conditions of this contract, the kitten/cat is to be surrendered unconditionally to the seller. Seller may reclaim physical and legal ownership of kitten/cat with or without due process of law for any breach of contract with no refund of purchase price.
In the event the purchaser is found to have violated any of the terms of this contract, purchaser shall be liable to the seller for damages in the amount of two times the purchase price of said kitten/cat, plus expenses for veterinarian care upon return of kitten/cat to seller and all attorney, legal and related miscellaneous fees that result in ligating this contract. Any legal action, which may arise under the terms of this contract, will be brought in the county/city of seller’s residence.
Acknowledgement of Deposit Paid and Acceptance of Contract
Purchaser and seller signatures that appear immediately below indicate that the seller has received the deposit and the purchaser has agreed to the terms of this contract. This portion serves as the Purchaser’s receipt for the deposit. This document is a legally binding contract. In signing this document the Purchaser acknowledge that he or she has read, fully understands, and agrees to ALL of the term and conditions stated above.
